We are Registered Psychotherapists specializing in individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. We maintain a private practice in Cobourg, Ontario which is within Northumberland County, I hour East of Toronto via 401.
With over 10 years experience as therapists, we work with a broad spectrum of clients. Our areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, panic, grief, loss, adjustment, anger, body image, disordered eating, stress, burnout, caregiver stress, chronic pain, acquired brain injury.
We employ a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy and solution-focused methods. Our action-oriented therapeutic approach provides support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges. We explore past events only as they are relevant, but will not dwell on the past; instead, we are interested in helping you stay in the present and focus on moving towards creating the kind of future you look forward to living. We integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach.
