We are conveniently located at the corner of Rymal Road East and Fletcher Road in Hamilton’s fastest growing community. We are within a kilometer of the new expressway (Red Hill Expressway). The office provides ample free parking and is wheelchair accessible.
We welcome new patients as well as walk-in appointments which are accommodated during the Doctor’s regular office hours.
Please bring your health card, your current prescription glasses, and sunglasses as you may have drops to dilate your pupils during the appointment. For your convenience, we bill most insurance companies directly.
Dr. Garzon participates in the “ Eye See…Eye Learn” program.
Call us to learn more about how students in Junior Kindergarten across Ontario, can receive a free pair of glasses estimated at over $250.00.
Children rarely complain of vision problems, many are not aware that their eyes are posing the problem. Most children believe everyone sees the world like they do. The “Eye See…Eye Learn” program was developed to raise awareness among parents of the importance of having their children’s eyes examined before starting grade one.

About Me
Dr. Garzon got his degree of Optometry at the University of La Salle, School of Optometry and Vision Sciences in Bogota, Colombia in 2001. After settling in Canada and completed his studies at the University of Waterloo - School of Optometry- International Optometric Bridging Program, established his practice in the cities of Hamilton and Burlington (Ontario).
After more than 15 years to exercise his profession, Dr. Garzon can say that its main areas of interest are the visual childcare, adaptation of contact lenses, especially for astigmatism and keratoconus and primary care patients with diabetes, glaucoma, cataracts and dry eye. Dr. Garzon is approved for the treatment of diseases and prescription drugs by the College of Optometrists of Ontario. He is a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.
