What started off as not realizing it wasn't our existing security company we were dealing with at the door, it went downhill from there. However, the technicians did a great job installing what their work order must have described, and demonstrating the new panel. Since then, though...There have been unfulfilled promises and delays in delivering to us our agreement and its terms and conditions (I'm still waiting for them to forward me the auto-generated email with our agreement attached that was supposedly sent in July.); there was the installation for sensors we declined, and now billing for monitoring we didn't want; the most glaring is the lack of professionalism in their correspondence, and dismal service in dealing with customer concerns. Despite the agreement indicating that services were not accepted and many opportunities to correct what shows to be an oversight, the company refuses to amend their invoice; some would consider these unsavory business practices.
Ask yourself, do you want to do business with a company having this low of a level of customer care? Should you, regardless of my experience, engage with them, I suggest you don’t worry so much about what you signed, but ensure you receive within DAYS the system's auto-generated email with the agreement and its Terms and Conditions attached, then read EVERY LINE to ensure it is everything YOU want. I wish you a better experience than I had.
