Body Bar Laser Academy provides an advanced medical laser training course for cosmetic skin care treatments; this courses includes an extensive classroom theory and instructional hands-on laser training. As a student you will be able to learn the theory behind performing any laser skin care treatment and you will be able to apply your leanings in the classroom. After graduating with our Medical Laser Certificate, you are a professional in the field with hands-on experience for different settings including:
- Laser hair removal
- Laser skin rejuvenation
- Treatment of small veins and pigmentation.
- Important considerations such as skin typing.
- Skin preparation prior to laser resurfacing,
- Treatment of complications and contraindications are an integral part of the course.
- Ablative and nonablative laser techniques
- Fractionated Lasers, Hair Removal Lasers
- Intense Pulse Light (IPL) devices and radio frequency will be covered.
As a student you will also gain an extensive understanding of client selection, treatment protocols, and the unique pairing of skin types to appropriate treatment options.
