The first thing you need to know about me is that I love everything about Real Estate. A wise man once said "If you do what you love you never really go to work." I haven't worked a day in 25 years. I love buying and selling Real Estate for my own portfolio and I love helping people buy and sell it. I also love teaching my Realtors how to help their clients buy and sell it. Real Estate is the #1 investment vehicle on the planet. On top of that, we raise our families in it and it becomes part of us.
First and foremost I love the Okanagan Shuswap. We live in paradise. It is a pet peeve of mine when I hear someone complaining about our country or our government, whether provincial, federal or municipal. It is simply naive to do so. In my travels and my businesses I have had the opportunity to meet people and families from all over the world. They tell a much different story. There is no such thing as a perfect country, government or society.
