At your initial assessment we will get to know you, observe your movement patterns and any weaknesses, discuss your medical past and any past injuries, then formulate a plan for achieving your fitness objectives.
We offer personalized one-on-one training and coaching, as well as fitness classes in a group environment consisting of 5 to 10 people. All of our workout programs are challenging and designed to push you to new levels of physical achievement. Our trainers are highly knowledgeable and experienced. As certified kinesiologists this puts us in a league above and beyond the typical gym trainer.
