I have had the pleasure of dealing with Arbor and their staff of investigators, The work they have done has been excellent and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company who requires a private investigator!
No customer service , will charge you then not return your calls or emails.look at customer reviews before giving them a penny. This is a ongoing complaint.SHADY! I have never dealt with such a unprofessional company with so many excuses , and no service . Took 5 weeks to get a review of my account, with them finding nothing . I myself found more information. BEAWARE! Find a company that belongs to Private investigators association of b.c. Also go by the name Vancouver Investigators and Kelowna P.I.
