Horrible Service! We had our photo session for an hour & 15 minutes. Oya (the photographer) told us it will take 2 weeks to deliver our pictures, she asked if we prefer Dropbox or cd, we chose Dropbox. After 3 weeks no words from her I sent her a message to ask if it's ready, she said yes and that it was gonna be uploaded Monday (it was Friday) so we waited, days passed no link for Dropbox, I called, left a message & sent message again to ask, Oya replied photos were uploaded, I asked for the link and she asked to check our spambox, we didn't but nothing still. She didn't call me back. Days passed again and I sent message again, she said they were re-uploaded but I replied we still didn't get the link, then she said will let te editor know (Patricia). Days passed again still so I sent her message again asked for cd this time since we're not getting any link for Dropbox, she said it was gonna be in mail that day (Monday) then Wednesday she asked me if I prefer Dropbox or cd then I replied, I thought u said it was gonna be in mail last Monday, she replied sure we mail you the cd. We waited 6 working days then still no mail (cd) or link for Dropbox. Then I sent her message asking for refund, she asked me again if I prefer Dropbox or cd. Omg!!! What a horrible service! Then I sent her email as she blocked me on Facebook because of my comment. Then exactly 6 weeks after our pictures were taken she finally refunded us. We still don't know what happened to our pictures. No apologies, nothing! All lies and misleading! It's very sad. I will never recommend this company to any of my friend. Please if you read this, spread the word.
