Ali Akman SAMM Developments unveiled its sleek sales office and showroom for The Kennedys, a master-planned condo community coming to Kennedy Road and Highway 401. The Kennedys took inspiration from many different sources. It channeled the aesthetics of French fashion label Chanel when coming up with their vision for the project. A bold concierge desk greets visitors at the new sales centre off Village Green Square, and it is among the touches that carry this theme throughout the sales centre, which also includes a model kitchen and lounge, cappuccino bar and bathroom vignettes. Amenities on the fifth floor at The Kennedys include a pool, complete with a hot tub area, change rooms and shower and sauna facilities, large gym, outdoor terrace, chef’s kitchen, dining room, and multi-purpose rooms.
